2023 Chuck Sandroff and Ted and Rachael Pevnick Scholarship Programs
St. Louis Jewish War Veterans Post 644 is offering a $1,000 scholarships to two Jewish high school seniors graduating from an accredited program and planning to enter a college-level or vocational training program beginning in the next fall semester.

The student applying should be of the Jewish faith and should be related to a Jewish veteran of any branch of the military, at any time.

The application should include a short essay about the reasons the student is seeking the award. It should include scholastic record, volunteering efforts in school and the community, and a short narrative about how the related veteran influenced the applicant’s life.

2019 Charles Sandroff Scholarship Recipient

Jessica Goldberg is the 2019 Jewish War Veterans-Charles Sandroff Scholarship recipient. Presenting the award is Harvey Bloth of the Jewish War Veterans Post 644.

The scholarship is given each year by the Jewish War Veterans Post 644 to an outstanding high school graduate enteringa college or accredited trade school.

Jessica is the daughterof Nancy and Glenn Goldberg and is a freshman at Purdue University.
